Official ObreroX

ObreroX Client · Worker

Quick Start

Connect first, then start your workday.

How to Connect ObreroX Client and Worker

Share the admin code, apply to join and get employer approval.

  1. Step 1

In Client, the employer opens My Info and shares their 8-digit Admin code with the worker.

  2. Step 2

The worker signs in to their own Worker account, taps + on Home and chooses Admin code.

  3. Step 3

Enter the 8-digit admin code and tap Apply to join. Wait for employer approval.

  4. Step 4

In Client, the employer opens Worker applications, checks the Onboarding application and approves it. This completes the company connection.

A pending application is not a completed connection. After approval, Client shows the worker as active and Worker shows the current company in My Info.

Workers and teams

Use the team already assigned in each worker's profile.

  1. Step 1

In Client Home, open Worker Management to view the current workers.

  2. Step 2

Find the worker and tap Edit to check their identity and employment fields.

  3. Step 3

Select the existing Team field and save the worker's assignment.

  4. Step 4

In GPS worksites, assign those same teams to a location. Workers in each team follow that worksite's rules.

GPS worksites

Client sets the location; Worker follows the assigned worksite.

  1. Step 1

In Client Home, open GPS worksite management.

  2. Step 2

For a new worksite, choose an available Location and the teams from Worker Management.

  3. Step 3

Set its name and position using Current location or Map selection, complete the required fields, then Save and confirm.

  4. Step 4

To change a worksite, use Edit and confirm the new version. To remove it, use Delete and confirm; history is retained.

  5. Step 5

Worker checks the assigned worksite on Home before clocking in. Ask the employer if no worksite is assigned.

Up to 8 active locations per company. Worker does not need to set GPS limits or a time zone.

Clock in and out

Wait for a confirmed result at both ends of the workday.

  1. Step 1

After your company connection is active, check your worksite on Worker Home.

  2. Step 2

At the start of work, tap Clock in and allow location access when requested.

  3. Step 3

If the employer uses photo attendance, allow the camera and take the requested photo. Wait for the clock-in result.

  4. Step 4

At the end of work, tap Clock out and check the recorded result. If it fails, follow the visible prompt or contact your employer.

  5. Step 5

In Client Attendance, select the date or month to review records and outstanding exceptions.

The server applies the employer's attendance rules. Sending a request or confirming an overtime notice is not a clock-in record.

Leave, absence and overtime

These are separate records and need separate handling.

  1. Step 1

For leave, Worker opens Leave application, selects the dates, completes the form and submits it.

  2. Step 2

Client reviews the leave request in Worker applications. Worker checks the result in the existing application page.

  3. Step 3

For an absence alert, check the day's clock records with the employer. Client uses Absence review to record the actual outcome; an alert alone is not proof of absence.

  4. Step 4

For overtime, Client uses One-click overtime on Home. Worker reads and responds to the event notice, and still clocks out normally.

  5. Step 5

Check Payroll for the resulting payable days, reviewed deductions and overtime pay. Client reviews overtime records there when required.

Payroll, Wage Advance and deductions

Read the selected period and the status of each record.

  1. Step 1

Worker opens Payroll to see their own records; Client opens Payroll to review the company's workers and payment rules.

  2. Step 2

Check the period and daily activity dates. Closed-day details, current estimates and settled payroll are different views; an estimate is not proof of payment.

  3. Step 3

Open details to compare base and overtime pay with the deduction records, including any absence-related deduction.

  4. Step 4

For Wage Advance, Worker submits an amount and reason. Client reviews it and records any disbursement; approval alone is not a payment.

  5. Step 5

Compare gross pay, deductions, advance deductions and net pay in the selected record. Ask the employer to check any missing or disputed entry.

Wage Advance is an internal employer wage-advance record, not a loan, credit product or financial service.

Using WorkChat

Message existing contacts and check delivery or translation status.

  1. Step 1

Open WorkChat / Communication from the app's navigation.

  2. Step 2

Select a conversation or use Contacts to open a chat with the intended person.

  3. Step 3

Enter a message and send it; check its displayed status before assuming it arrived.

  4. Step 4

Use the existing group-chat entry to choose participants when a group conversation is needed.

  5. Step 5

Read the original text and any translation actually shown. If translation is pending or unavailable, confirm important instructions with the sender.
