What the plan includes
Standard includes up to 18 active workers. The Worker app is free, and Client or management accounts do not use worker capacity.
Active workers
Workers who have joined a company and can use current attendance, payroll and work functions count. Invited, pending, suspended, archived and former workers do not.
Grow capacity with your team
Above 18 active workers, reference pricing adds THB 49 per active worker per month through capacity levels of 23, 28, 33, 38, 43, 48 and 50.
Records remain protected
Capacity expiry or reduction does not delete attendance, payroll, advance, overtime, chat, file or audit history. Excess workers lose current company access until capacity is available.
Built-in direct translation
Managers and workers can read work messages across languages without copying conversations into separate translation tools. High-risk legal or safety content still requires qualified review.

How many workers are included?
ObreroX Standard includes up to 18 active workers. Client and management accounts do not use worker capacity.
What if the company needs more than 18 workers?
A company owner or billing administrator can manage a higher capacity in the ObreroX Client app after the relevant store products are available. Capacity changes only after store confirmation and ObreroX server verification.
Does each worker pay separately?
No. The Worker app is free, and the company manages worker capacity.
What happens when additional capacity expires?
No historical data is deleted. The company must reduce active workers to its current limit, and excess workers lose current company access until capacity is restored.
Does cancellation stop access immediately?
No. Cancelling monthly or annual renewal keeps paid entitlement until the current billing period ends.
Does the three-year option renew automatically?
No. It is a fixed three-year prepaid entitlement and expires unless another eligible purchase is completed.
Why can capacity take time to update after payment?
Some payments remain pending at the store. Capacity changes only after Apple App Store or Google Play confirms the transaction and the ObreroX server verifies it.
Is direct translation suitable for contracts or legal documents?
It is intended to improve everyday work communication. Contracts, legal, safety, and other high-risk content should be reviewed by qualified people.
